Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between MAADS Ltd and its Customers and apply to all marketing and advertising services provided under Subscription Packages as described herein. By subscribing to or using the Services, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between MAADS Ltd, a company incorporated and acting under the Companies Law, Cap 113 of the Republic of Cyprus, with registration number HE 477373 and registered office at Andrea Zakou, 2, 2nd floor, office 202, 2404 Engomi, Nicosia, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), and any person or legal entity (the "Customer") ordering marketing and advertising services (the "Services") from the Contractor.
The Contractor offers its Services exclusively under Subscription Packages, which are available either as (i) pre-configured Standard Subscription Packages described and published on the Contractor's Website (https://maads.com), or (ii) custom-built Individual Subscription Packages based on the Customer's specific needs and formalized via a signed Specification (Order Form) and/or Invoice.
These Terms govern the provision of Services under both types of Subscription Packages. The Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms upon acceptance of the Contractor's offer, which occurs through payment of the applicable Invoice or by completing the subscription process on the Website, depending on the model chosen.
These Terms incorporate by reference the Contractor's Privacy Policy and any other policies published on the Contractor's Website or contained within these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The Services are offered and provided subject to your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions contained herein and all other policies (including, without limitation, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy) and procedures that can be published from time to time by MAADS Ltd related to the Services, which shall be incorporated herein by reference. By receiving and using the Services, you agree to the Terms and conditions herein.
2. Changes
We may make changes to the Terms & Conditions and/or our policies and/or procedures from time to time, in our sole and absolute discretion. We will notify you of any changes to the Terms & Conditions by posting the updated Terms and Conditions on the website of MAADS Ltd (https://maads.com/), and we will revise the "Updated" date above. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions frequently and to remain informed of any changes to them. The then-current version of the Terms & Conditions will supersede all earlier versions. You agree that your continued receipt and use of the Services after such changes have been published will constitute your acceptance of such revised Terms and policies and/ or procedures (as applicable).
3. Definitions
3.1. Contractor — MAADS Ltd, the company incorporated and acting under the Companies Law, Cap 113 of the Republic of Cyprus, registration number: HE 477373, having its registered office at Andrea Zakou, 2, 2nd floor, office 202, 2404 Engomi, Nicosia, Cyprus, rendering the Services.
3.2. Customer — the legal entity or natural person ordering the Services by selecting and paying for a Standard Subscription Package via the Contractor's Website or signing an Invoice and/or Specification (Order Form) issued by the Contractor for an Individual Subscription Package.
3.3. Agreement — the binding legal relationship between the Contractor and the Customer constituted by these Terms & Conditions and any applicable Invoice, Specification (Order Form), or Standard Package Description.
